From the moment I first met Paul & Krystall, I could see the love they had for each other. Their love for one another is so evident for others to see, it's beautiful! You can see the way they light each other up with their smiles.
Paul & Krystall's day could not have been more perfect! The weather was a perfect 73 degrees, partly overcast and clouds. We had a few, very quick, lite rain showers. Yes, rain on your wedding day is considered good luck! We also had moments when butterflies would come visit us during our portrait time. I wished one would have stayed long enough for a portrait. It's said that releasing butterflies on your wedding day is a symbol of staring a new beginning. They had planned on releasing some, but they weren't ready in time. So seeing a couple of butterflies roaming around was perfect! There were also small, but very special details that made their wedding even more beautiful. A penny in the bottom of the Krystall's boot for good luck! The same penny in her mother's and grandmother's shoes on each of their wedding day. A family Bible was also another special item! Krystal carried this beautiful, white lace covered Bible down the isle. The same Bible her mother and grandmother carried at their weddings. Their wedding day was so beautiful, I had a hard time not crying during it. I had already shed a few happy tears seeing Paul's happy tears as Krystall was walking down the isle. I'm so honored they chose to share their day and most special traditions with me.
Paul & Krystall's Wedding was at their beautiful homestead in front of their gorgeous barn. I loved this location so much. Not only because the beautiful light that surrounds their property, but also because they have horses! We weren't able to get any portraits of their horses that day; we did get some memorable portraits of Paul & Krystall with them during their Engagement Session. Enjoy some of my favorites from their beautiful day.
