My First Develop Conference Experience

I joined my Missouri Professional Photographers Association group in 2019 and had yet to attend the yearly conference. This was the year I decided to check it out. My first Develop Conference! The idea was scary, at first, as I had never been to a photo conference before. My state group one was the perfect one to "dip my toes in".
When I arrived at the hotel, I had no idea what to expect. I had never been to a conference before, so I wasn't sure how everything worked.
I ended up meeting so many amazing people! I even made some friends! I can't wait to attend next year!
If you have been on the fence about joining your local PPA Affiliate group, I highly recommend you do it! Do it now! The education, the print competition, the fellowship, and the friendships you'll make will be the most amazing experience for you as a professional photographer.
