Their day was the epitome of a perfect fall wedding. Warm colors, perfect temperatures, sun was shining bright…. it was just gorgeous! It could not have been more perfect for Davin & Shailey!
I first met Davin & Shailey in early March during a Downtown Wedding Walk in Warrensburg. We chatted about their day. I loved hearing everything they had to say! When they left my booth, I thought for sure I might not see them again. They returned just before the end of the day and booked me right away! I was so thrilled I got to work with them! From the get-go, I knew we were going to be friends! We spent months emailing back and forth. We met up for their engagement session in early Summer. When we got together for our final meeting in September, we spent hours just visiting after we had gone over the final details. I had no idea a 30-minute meeting could go for 4 hours! It was incredible! We talked and talked! Loved getting to know them ever more so than in the beginning. Shailey has the most infectious smile and is so fun to have around. Davin is just the same! Their mutual love for Star Wars made for some memorable moments on their Wedding Day! For the processional, the Groom's party came out to the Imperial March in perfect formation! It was amazing! The bridesmaids walked separately to a different song. And the recessional was the Star Wars theme! It was pure magic!
I loved this wedding so much! So much love & laughter. I'm so honored to have been a part of it. It was the perfect end to my 2022 season. Here are some of my favorite images that sum up their beautiful Wedding Day! Enjoy!
